HOW TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

• R500 Deposit to book and secure the Party Room (Will be deducted from your final bill) 
• Parents / Adults, free entry 
• Bookings are held strictly according to time slots provided in package. All guests must vacate the party space at the end of their booked time slot. 
• Should you wish to extend your time slot: - a charge of R150.00 will be levied per hour for party venue - a charge of R70.00 p/c per hour or R100.00 unlimited p/c. 
• 10% gratuity will be added to final bill for service. 
• Final numbers of kids attending party as well as their meal choice (should u choose party option 2 with meal included) must be confirmed 7 days in advance (charges will apply if any changes is made after 7 days.) 

CATERING 

• To make use of WWW catering facilities and menus only No food & beverage allowed to be brought in. 
• We provide a personal waiter for party (parents accounts only) for communicational purposes. Adults that pay separately need to order and settle at pay point as well as to collect orders themselves at pick up point. 

BEVERAGES

• NO ALCOHOL is allowed at Wild Wild West Kids Play Park, not by selling or bringing in your own. We serve soft drinks, hot beverages, juice and milkshakes at the Restaurant. 

CAKES / CUPCAKES /BISCUITS/CAKE POPS 

• Own cake can be brought in at an additional cost of R200.00 or R15.00 per cupcake 
• If you would like to order through us , please send us a WhatsApp message. WhatsApp number: 064 506 8599
• Please ensure you have your own cake knife and cake lifter as we will not be able to assist. 

DÉCOR 

• Our décor is shop bought.
• Any Damage or loss of décor will be charged for.

TABLES

• We only use wooden tables and benches at Wild Wild West Kids Play Park for adults & children. Any Damage will be charged for.

CUTLERY AND CROCKERY

• We supply tin side plates and ceramic coffee mugs for adults, cutlery and paper plates for the kids with serviettes.
• Please bring your own cake knife and lifter.

• Colour bunting and wall / hanging décor.

• Private venue and 2-hour play (strictly for 2 hours only)
• Own room décor, party boxes with sweets, 1 small beverage per child, toy, paper plates and serviettes.
• Balloons to be ordered through Wild Wild West.
• No food & beverages to be brought in.

PARTY TIME SLOTS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Wild Wild West Kids Play Park may at its sole discretion remove any member of a party from the property for unruly or destructive behaviour, any damages due to this behaviour will be the client’s responsibility.
• Any loss or damage of property will be charged accordingly, which includes room decor, cutlery etc.
• Display articles, equipment or personal property brought onto the grounds of Wild Wild West Kids Play Park are not covered by the company’s insurance. Although the utmost care of the property is taken always, we cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage of the above.
• You may not bring any hard liquor onto the premises of Wild Wild West Kids Play Park.
• Should any of your guests leave without settling their bill (in the event of a non-open bar) you will be held liable for such guests account.
• PLEASE NOTE: 10% Service Fee will be added to end bill.

PAYMENT

• Deposit of R500.00 is payable on day booking is made. (deducted from final bill on day of event)
• Any cancellations should be done in writing 7 or more days prior to the event.
